Return process
- Items are eligible for returns within 10 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items.
- Insurance for returned items is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
- The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.
Final sale policies
- All sale items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or price adjustments will be accepted on Black Friday purchases.
- All sale items purchased during our Archive Sale are final sale. Exceptions may apply to lost or damaged orders.
- Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
International orders
Returns: All international returns are paid at the customer’s expense. To purchase a return label through our shipping partner, you can process the request directly through our return portal. If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping, please reach out to our support team at info@fieryjewelry.co. Please note that our standard return policy still applies.
Duties & taxes: We ship all international orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout, ensuring your order arrives without unexpected customs fees or delays.
Earrings policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on earrings.
If you change your mind, we’re happy to exchange earrings for another pair or offer a credit note to our store (once eligibility is confirmed).
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at info@fieryjewelry.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it quickly.
Returning a gift
If you wish to return a gift, you can access our Redo Return Portal to initiate the process. Please note that all return and exchange policies, including eligibility criteria and shipping costs, still apply.

- Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
